Reservations, Deposits and Cancellations

Reservations:

Call or e-mail us to confirm availability. Two or three night minimum stays may be required with advance reservations.

Deposits:

*1 or 2 nights - the cost of one night's lodging per room

* 3 or more nights - 50% of the total cost per room

The deposit is charged to your credit card immediately. A confirmation will be sent within (7) days. If you wish to pay by check, it must be received within (7) days or deposit will be charged to credit card or reservation will be voided. A credit card is required for security at check-in.

Cancellations - Important!

Because CapeWind is an independently-owned property without a central reservation system, our opportunity to re-sell cancelled reservations is substantially less than a hotel affiliated with a chain. For this reason, a firm cancellation policy is necessary.

* Refund of deposit, less $20.00 per room will be returned with notice of (30+) days prior to arrival.

* Notice of less than (30) days will result in loss of deposit.

Arrival after the date reserved or early departure is considered a short notice cancellation. Neither the deposit nor the balance which is due at check-in, is refundable.
